Since I was a little girl, I have had an immense love for cooking and baking. Growing up in Mexico, I spent my time honing my skills and delighting locals with my creations in the vibrant local markets. In 1990, I moved to the U.S., and since then, my culinary journey has been nothing short of a passion-fueled adventure.

Cooking, in all its forms, has remained a true joy for me. Every day, I embrace opportunities to learn and refine my techniques, constantly striving for improvement. It brings me immense pleasure to create flavors that bring joy and satisfaction to others.

My dream is to one day have the honor of baking you a delectable cake or preparing a homemade meal from my hometown in Mexico. Whether it's a special occasion or a simple gathering, I promise to present a beautifully crafted dish that will leave a lasting impression.
